I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location, so close to Kew Gardens and within walking distance of Osterley underground station, was very convenient. The service provided by the staff was excellent and the basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient. I stayed in a room with two double beds and found them to be very comfortable. Additionally, having breakfast included in the rate was a great perk.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory, nothing to complain about.
